The problem

Late payment is the normal experience, not the exception

Clients rarely refuse to pay. They forget, wait for approvals, or pay whoever chases hardest. Chasing takes time you can't bill for.

New · Invoice page for your clients

Give late payers nothing to hide behind

Every invoice gets a private link. Your client opens it on any device and sees exactly what they owe, since when, and how to pay.

  • No lost invoices. The link goes in every reminder, so "we never got it" stops working.
  • Payment details in one tap. Clients copy your bank or PayPal details straight from the page.
  • "I've sent the payment" button. You get notified in InvoiceLaw the moment they say it's done.
  • Interest, only if you want. Show the growing late-payment interest when it's time to be firm.

Questions

Before you start

Can I really charge interest on a late invoice?

In the EU and UK, yes, on business-to-business invoices. The law sets a rate (currently 10.40% a year in the EU and 11.75% in the UK) plus a fixed compensation fee. In the US there is no federal rule, so you can charge what your contract says. InvoiceLaw shows the figures; you decide whether to claim them.

Can I try it without signing up?

Yes. The live demo opens with example invoices so you can click through everything. Create a free account when you want to keep your own invoices.

Does InvoiceLaw email my clients for me?

No. You copy the reminder and send it from your own email, so replies come straight to you and your client relationship stays yours.

Where is my data stored?

When you create an account, your invoices are stored in a secure database that only your account can read. Without an account, they stay in your browser on your device. If you share an invoice link, anyone with that link can see that one invoice and your payment details, and nothing else.

How do I pay for Pro?

Choose a plan inside the app and follow the payment link. Your account switches to Pro as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Is this legal advice?

No. InvoiceLaw gives general information and templates. Check your contract and local rules before adding charges to an invoice.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes. Email us within 14 days of any payment for a full refund. Pro never renews or charges you automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.

Your next late invoice is already on its way.

Be ready for it. Set up takes three minutes.
